I have a customer service experience with a BPO
company wherein I was assigned to (3) departments and (2) accounts
consecutively within the time of my employment. Tasks varies from *creating
accounts, *processing payments, *answering customers concerns and *updating
accounts while working within policy, procedures and standard processes set by
the client; also, communication and attention to detail was strictly observed.
I'm a reader. I love reading books, I like living in the writers’ head.
I'm very serious. I mean, I take my work and task seriously. When I’m doing something, I pour everything in it.
I am a research enthusiast, I’m that kind of person that relies on google for all the how's and why's of the world.
I prefer working alone and do just fine, but I can also lead or support a group in
pursuing a common goal and be a team player if that’s what is needed.
Working in the BPO industry for over a year cemented
my strong work ethics; my mentor used to say that we are tougher than nails,
why? Because although skills are important in the industry, it takes a lot of
discipline, grit and hard work to stay and carry on every day. My experience maybe pointing me towards customer service area, but I’m open to new task and willing to undergo training if need be to better myself with the required job. Thus, I’m the best person to help you out with getting the basic tasks out of your plate; so you can be able to focus on more important matters in your life or business.
