I have worked with different BPO companies for roughly 10 years as a Customer Support Specialist/ Sales Representative/ Senior Agent/ Training Apprentice/ POC in a Financial Account. Our job description is to provide an effective customer service to our customers from over 190 countries around the world by means of answering all queries of our customers via phone calls. I was also trained to handle Disputes and Claims department as a Senior Agent hence, I can deal with difficult customers without even exerting a lot of efforts. I have worked as an Email Support Representative for 2 years for Customer Support as well. I do have almost 4 years of experience in sales, appointment setting and customer support in a telco company. I am confident in using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Excel, some skills in Video Editing and can type fast at around 40-60 wpm with 98 percent accuracy. i am also spending my spare time in Video Blogging therefore I can help promote any products.
