Bookkeeping/Accounting Skills:
        -Australian Bookkeeping ensuring accounts are properly recorded especially the 
          GST-related transactions in compliance with BAS preparation using Xero; 
          ensure compliance with Australia's Superannuation and PAYG requirements.
        -assist in the preparation of BAS and IAS     
        -accurate recording and posting of transactions, paying attention to detail
        -reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy
        -generate monthly financial statements 
        -payroll settings in Xero and process weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payroll runs.
        -AP monitoring, ensure that  accounts payable are paid promptly
        -AR monitoring, ensure that all accounts receivable are collected promptly
        -time management and ability to work under pressure
        -Xero Advisor Certified
        -Quick Books Pro Advisor Certified
