Profile Description

As a Process Engineer, I usually do the processing of Pilot lots together with the QC and Manufacturing Shift-in-Charge, process improvements, abnormality in the process, plans and implement machine upgrade and modifications, plans and drives yield improvement and cost reduction program, performs machine and material experiment for authorization and quality improvement, and investigates and analyzes line problems or failures through characterization and experimentation of the factors involved in the process by using 4M and 1E ( man, machine, method material and environment) technique.
As a Process/Equipment Engineer, I do repair and troubleshooting of Molding and Marking-Trim and Form machines, regular preventive maintenance or scheduled maintenance of these machines, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of these machines. As a Maintenance engineer, I was also assigned as a Document controller in the process area to facilitate all documents especially the revision and doing work instructions, doing machine checksheets and all kinds of technical reporting with regards to ISO and TUV. Also, I, together with the group, do the machine upgrade and modification.
I am also a computer literate that includes microsoft outlook, word, excel and powerpoint and including the latest version of autocad 2D and 3D.
