I worked as a Customer Service Representative in 2010 at Teleperformance Philippines taking inbound calls from customers regarding their billings and issues from their accounts. Then, after that, I shifted to becoming a Virtual Assistant.

In 2018 I started my freelancing as an SMM in a local store managing their Page, posting, commenting, and answering queries. I am also responsible for doing ads for the brand. 

I applied as a Lead Generation Specialist for a real estate company the same year.  I did Skip Tracing using the county website, and tools for skip tracing that are available on the internet. 

Then, I was hired by an Analytics company and stayed there for over 3 years. I have been assigned different roles- from cold-calling healthcare professionals to research tasks, data cleaning, capturing files which required me to learn new tools or software, downloading documents acquired from visiting sponsored websites, and many more. 

In 2023, I had the opportunity to work in an E-commerce company, engaging in research to discover profitable products suitable for selling on Amazon.

I am always ready for new challenges. I am malleable and flexible.
