Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for 4 years. I am capable of managing and implementing schedules as well as coaching weak and strong points of my agents. I also provide training when needed. Creating reports to update the company on the team's progress. I have excellent English communication skills both oral and written; computer literate (all Office tools i.e.: Word, Excel, PPT); able to work in any scheduled time-frame including graveyard shift; average typing skill 100 words per minute;
comfortable in working both individual and in teams. Aside from my regular job, I also manage our family business which is an apartelle. I help look for tenants and also accounting every income and expenses. Managing the employees who work for us making sure they do their jobs properly.
