I've been a Software Engineer for the past 12 years. Leading a team is my passion.

- Scripting (Javascript, jQuery, Mootols, Prototype)
- Database (MySQL, MsSQL)
- CMS (Wordpress, Joomla)
- CSS (Bootstrap)
- Integrations (Single Sign On, Payment - Paypal, AffiniPay, BluePay, Upgrade to see actual info, eWay)
As a Development Manager:
- Leads a team of Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers and other roles similar in nature.
- Ensures that there is a n adequate staff on duty in all shifts that will provide support to all clients and customers.
- Making sure that these Developers are trained and skilled to handle different issues, bugs and errors in collaboration with the Developers from YM US for proper management.
- The role combines both development skills and Managerial Abilities
