Hello good day! I'm Kathryn. I've been working in a call center industry since 2012 and before that I worked as an office secretary in a law firm. My first call center experience was with Panasiatic Solutions. I worked there for 1 year and 8 months for a prepaid company. I worked at Teletech as a technical support agent troubleshooting basic landline phones. Lastly, I worked at Convergys Philippines as a chat support agent for internet and billing for 11 months and an inbound technical support agent for almost 6 months. My main objective is to cultivate and broaden my skills in a challenging job and at the same time contribute an excellent performance to my employer.
