I've worked over ten (10) years solid experience in Customer Service with Sales in Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) for companies like Beckett Media, United Airlines and Hewlett Packard. My first job was United Airlines doing travel reservation for both domestic and international flights using Apollo Fastress application.
After 20 months, I got transferred to another line of business, which is more complex, and it was with Hewlett Packard. With HP, we provide technical support for the consumers of their all-in-one printers.
I have experienced also working in a sports publishing company called Beckett Media. I handled existing dealers of Beckett sports magazines and this includes sales, customer service and billing/collections using Phoenix Citrix Software application.
Last 2014, I was promoted to become one of the Team Leads to handle the new LOB which is American Healthcare Alliance. This was the time I started mastering excel and other MS applications because this account focused on capturing information regarding medical
On 2016, I had the opportunity to work with an Australian company called ETS (Emergency Trade Services). I worked as a Manager handling two teams from two different sites. This company focuses on building and construction for both commercial and residential properties that are 99% covered with insurance companies. Therefore, I worked closely with multiple insurance companies and network of trades nationwide. We handled at least 40 projects everyday and this includes setting an appointment, procuring trades, communicating with the policy holders, preparing quotation, doing billing and collection and supplying project reports and recommendation. With ETS, I had the chance to travel to Australia for one month. I have attended the trades forum held in Ascot Vale, Victoria 3032 Australia. This is to develop business partnership between ETS - Emergency Trade Services and Trade partners. Attended the CQIB (Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers) Conference held in Hope Island - Sanctuary Cove, QLD 4212 Australia. Experienced in meeting clients in Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and working with Australian people in ETS - Emergency Trade Services office in 45 Nerang St, Southport QLD 4215, Australia.
It was a great experience working in corporate world and choosing to work with an online job is more on my personal decision because I want to spend more time with my family. I will work with the help of my experience and stay grounded with principles of being authentic with integrity and respect.
