Profile Description

I previously worked as a General Manager in Cebu Market Vendors Multi-Purpose Cooperative which I acquired a lot of skills specially managing people and accounts of cooperative members. I also manages the daily operation of the cooperative. Together with the Board of Directors we find ways to increase the cooperative's assets and income by proposing new business for the cooperative. I also acquired skills in accounting, audit and taxation by working as a Senior Audit Associate of Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Company CPA's. I audited different types of companies such as manufacturing, mining, schools, shipping, I.T., banking, malls and many others. I check there internal controls if it was withing the internal control standards and there assets were properly safeguarded from theft and fraud. I checked there financial statements if the amounts reflected were correct and if the company was in compliant with government laws and policies. I also prepare adjusting entries whenever we found accounts which were not recorded within the accounting standards. I prepared bank reconciliation, accounts receivable reconciliation and inventory costing and reconciliation to arrive at the correct balances to be reflected in the financial statements. I prepared financial statements and tax returns to be submitted to government agencies such as Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). I am reliable and responsible. I can be trusted with more responsibilities. I am able to perform more than one task at the same time. I can work when needed, on whatever project is assigned.
