Hi, I'm a Bachelor's Degree education graduate with 7 years of experienced as a Sales Representative and TeleUpgrade to see actual infoeter in different call centers in the Philippines. My last job was a home based Appointment Setter for (US). I really enjoyed and loved the work that I did and with my experienced, I was able to develop different skills like. 

- Appointment Setting- Responsible contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments. 
- Knowledge on CRM and Salesforce - I manage clients/customers information and accounts. 
- Phone Handling- I was exposed to inbound and outbound calling selling different products.
- Customer Support - Helping businesses or consumers on their different inquiries. 
- Email Handling- Sending invitations and Upgrade to see actual infoeting products to businesses and consumers. 
- Chat Support- Upgrade to see actual infoeting products through messages and updating them on what's the latest.
- Upselling - Induces the customer to purchase more expensive items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make more profitable sale. 

I'd been a top performer a lot of times applying the skills that I gained. I'm also very professional and passionate about my job and I believe I cannot just do the work but also can deliver great results.
