Profile Description

I’m IT Professional with 17 yrs of experienced in IT Industry. I graduated with Bachelor degree in Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines. My career started from scratch.. from Accounting Staff, to System Support of Accounting System, to Business Analyst, to Functional Consultant and Project Manager. I have done more than 15 projects and still counting from different Industry  like Airline, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Petroleum/Oil, Energy, Investment, Banking and Financial Services.  I am capable of handling multiple projects and collaborate with Stakeholders. I have solid experienced in client facing here in the Philippines and offshore (remote jobs) with collaboration to different countries like US, Canada, London and Ecuador.
 
Project Manager with 8 yrs of experience in Project Management, handling different types of projects such as Software / Mobile Development, System roll-out and ERP / SAP implementation. I'm responsible to overall delivery of the project; I can  make decisions and provide direction to my team. I manage my people on daily basis to track their progress activities, issues and pending.
 
IT Support Specialist w/ 5 years of hand-on experience, handled Inbound emails, Customer inquiries and Technical Support. I analyzed all raised issues, manage escalations and work closely with Technical Team to resolve the issues. On weekly basis, I prepare weekly report for Customer Progress status.

Accounting Staff / Bookkeeper during the earlier stage of my career. I'm responsible to update and encode the Invoices, Purchase Order, Payments, Disbursements and Bank Statement using the acquired Accounting System. I'm also responsible to review all the posted AR, AP and to report some floating transactions on weekly basis.
