I had worked as customer service representative with various company both home base and office setting. I was a billing and collections representative with a cable company for 4 years and was working as customer care specialist with different home base clients. I also worked as an appointment setter for almost 2 years with an insurance company. During my stay with the said companies I have maintained a very good score card and performance.
