I am Upgrade to see actual info, I studied medical course Midwifery. After studying I worked 1 year in a private medical clinic. And I also work on a local government unit as a Legislative Staff. I know how to use MS words, MS Power point and MS Excel. I have experience in doing administrative works such as filing documents  and transcribing/transcription. I have worked as a Customer Service for more than 2 years for a Dutch drop shipping company using Woo commerce and Shopify platform and also for a US based drop-shipping e-commerce store. That is why I also have experience in using Gorgias, Zendesk and Thunderbird in answering all the customers inquiries and Upgrade to see actual info my previous job, I also have to use Google drive, track orders, do research for refund claims and resend.I can speak English fluently and I can work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I am also proficient in using the computer and the internet. I can independently work but I can also follow directions when it is needed. I am looking for a long term job where I can be of help to my employer and contribute to the growth and success of his/her company. I am also a fast learner and have no problem dealing with pressures at work.
