My knowledge and experience expanded when I worked as a customer representative, technical support, and team manager in the BPO industry. I enjoyed working as the front-end of the company to ensure that the needed support was achieved in a timely manner and satisfactorily while gaining their loyalty.
It’s been more than a year since I’ve worked as a customer success analyst and after losing this job, which I love, I develop a desire to polish up myself, still in a customer service world and as a team manager. I learned that I just don’t need to follow what’s in the book, ensure that my team is well educated and meeting all the set metrics but I need be one of their reasons why every working day they are happy to come to work.
I cannot promise perfection as I am flawed. This imperfection helps me to strive for more, just like in a system, when you think everything is perfect, that is the time that you can see how you can improve it.
