Just to give you an idea, I have been with the Home-based Industry for 7 years. I have worked with a Real Estate Industry based in United States - Gabriel Witkin's Realty for a year as an Inside Sales Associate. I have a Certificate of Employment as proof of previous employment with him. I was an ISA doing Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. After my Real Estate experience, I worked with KeepTruckin - an Electronic Logging Device Provider in the United States for 1 year and a half doing the same expertise I had with my previous company; Cold Calling and Appointment Setting. I worked with Hope Home Solutions, a Real Estate Investing company based is the United States as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter/Acquisitions Assistant for almost a year. My recent work was with a refining company in the United States, for 2 years. I worked as an Appointment Setter in the first 5 months and I got promoted as the Team Leader all throughout my stay in the company.  Currently, I am working part time as a Property Management Specialist for a Realty Broker/Owner based in Northern California.

Prior to working remotely, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 4 years straight in a Call Center Industry. I have a total of 8 years working with sales, proof of my diligence, optimism and most importantly my passion in calling which I believe one of the best reasons why you can rely on me. I am passionate. I love the things that I do and I do the things that I love. I am patient, I can bear with customers' provocations, complaints; and literally I can wait. I am an agent with Integrity! I stand for what is right. and of course, I am reliable; in a way that I can manage my time between family and work.
With my 4 years’ worth of experience doing Cold Calling/Appointment Setting, I was able to enhance my skills and confidence. I am familiar to using tools such as AppFolio, REI, Investorfuse3, Aircall, Time Doctor, Salesforce, Outreach, Mojo, Ring Central, Convoso and Xencall. I maybe new to the tools that you have on your company but just a day or two and I will learn at least the basics. I have a short learning curve. I can work well under pressure. I deal with Honesty that with little to no supervision, I can assure you the best quality of work.
I am driven and I challenge myself to be better. I am the type of person who chooses to outdo myself every day in the work that I do. I am an optimistic person that is not fond of excuses. Lastly, I am passionate. I have a heart of a Virtual Assistant that aims to help you grow your business and take care of it as if it’s my own.
I have a workplace free of noise, Good headset quality - Plantornics USB type, I have a wired internet – PLDT Fiber that has minimum 20mbps and I can type 45 wpm.
