I am a nurse by profession, and have 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, where I was processing claims and assisting with underwriting as well; 1 year as a Team Lead for Claims handling 15 pax; and, 2 years as a Real Estate virtual assistant. I have used Podio as CRM; and, Five9, Nextiva and SmrtPhone as dialers. I have great MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) experience.
