-Maintain & ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis.
-Prepares accurate & timely accounting & financial reports.
-In charge of Accounts Payable Trade, recording, checking of completeness of documents and check preparation.
-Handles monthly aftersales reporting.
-Records monthly accruals, depreciation and amortization.
-Monitors increase/decrease in expenses.
-Monitors internal sales recorded in the system and reverses such to proper expense accounts.
-Maintains fixed asset schedules.
-Updates the books of account, monthly, quarterly and yearly F/S with supporting schedules such as: Receivables, Payables, Accruals and other pertinent accounting records.
-Prepares bank reconciliation statements every 15th & 30th and ensures adequate and correct balances.
-Prepares aging of Accounts Receivable.
-Responsible in preparing and sending of monthly Statement of Accounts.
-Processes and prepares entries for various payments to supplier/vendors.
-Prepares monthly VAT report, Withholding Tax remittances and supporting schedules.
-Complies with government requirements on filing and payment including WHT, SAWT, Annual Alphalist.
-Conducts quarterly fixed assets inventory count.
-Conducts daily cash count of cashier.
-Monitors supplies and other accountable forms.
-Ensures compliance to the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
