My experience expanded as a Patient Care Coordinator/Administrator at Rocket Doctor, where I spent 2 years facilitating seamless interactions between patients and doctors. My responsibilities included receiving inbound patient calls, conducting outbound calls to arrange doctor appointments, and performing triage assessments to ensure virtual appointments were appropriate. I collaborated with doctors to send laboratory requests, doctor's notes, and forms to patients, maintaining consistent communication to ensure exceptional patient care. Furthermore, I diligently followed up with laboratories for patient results and monitored patient referral status. I also managed and organized doctors' schedules.
