Profile Description

I work as a customer service representative in a non-voice BPO company here in the Philippines but we are based in Australia. Because of that I learned how to utilize FTP and WordPress and other word processing software like MS Office. But most of all I've learned how to assist our customer properly. We are assigned to monitor our emails and Skype.

After that I have worked as a Virtual Assistant based in United Upgrade to see actual info is a Pay-Per-Call company. Mainly we manage call sales, our revenue and where we are at. I have great experience in that company though it is just a small amount of time. Being to know the financial status of the company, have learned other platforms like CRM and some call tracking platforms, transcribing calls and basically to know how to be a better version of myself.

I am a fast learner and very much happy to be train. I am interested in computer related jobs such as multimedia, online marketing, social media administration and specially as a customer support is my dream job.

I want a long term job and a greener pasture work.
