For the past 12 years, I have worked
in different companies/industries. I started as a Passenger service agent in a well-known
airline here in the Philippines (Cebu Pacific Airlines). I was a front liner
and my job entails screening the passengers, checking them in their flights as
well as their luggage, while making sure their safety is uncompromised by
detailing the precautionary measures to keep in mind before boarding a flight,
providing them with their boarding passes. Lastly, opening and closing a flight.
I also have an experience as an
English teacher (online and in school/company); I have taught Japanese, Koreans
and Chinese students in different age groups. My next job experience is in the
BPO industry (Call centers). Mostly, US based accounts as a level 3 Customer
Service Representative; I also became a Subject- Matter Expert while being
there.
The most recent job I have is as a
Project Manager, I do administrative tasks; e-mail exchanges/handling, data
entry, project management, organizing daily reports, managing phone calls and chats to performing web research.
I am equipped with such excellence and
confidence when it comes to customer service. I have great attention to detail,
can work with minimum supervision and knowledgeable in multiple apps and tools.
I work at best even under pressure; I can figure things out by self-learning
and researching. I am aiming for a career path which will lead me to a long and
stable job where I can showcase my skills and be an asset to the company to
help it grow beyond expectations.
