Profile Description

I have 10 years of experience in the Customer Service field assisting American, British, Australian, and Canadian customers. I also served as a Subject Matter Expert in most of the campaigns that I handled and was promoted as a Product Specific Trainer for a world-renowned ride-sharing company.

I assisted customers from simple to complex inquiries via phone or email and trained hundreds of CSRs within the same field.

With my years of experience, I also gained expertise in google app script and developed a training environment that is being used across all sites worldwide. I also developed a tool to measure the overall productivity of the site and helped out in managing the reports.

I am very reliable and committed as I understand the importance of these values to a business.
