I worked in the call center industry as an email support for almost 10 years. I worked as an Executive Virtual assistant for a broker in Hawaii for 2 years. That's how I started my VA career. I perform various administrative tasks such as answering emails, scheduling meetings using Zoom and google meet, document creation, data entry, and email management. I also upskilled to a social media manager, where I helped my client reach his desired social media insight goals and create content that helps educate their audience about the importance of investing in Real Estate. I don't just do posting, I engage with the audiences as well. As a social media manager, I do content writing, graphic design, brainstorming of content, basic photo and video editing, hashtag research, and scheduling posts. Creating great content is the key to growing your audience.
I can also do basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. Additional skill is editing photos with the use of Canva and Lightroom.
I am a Team player, Hardworking, Fast Learner, Exciting to work with, Passionate, and Eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in the English Language to assure Good Service. I can be very useful in your team since my main objective for my clients is to give Outstanding Results, Long Term relationships, and Professionalism, and Leave them 100% Satisfied with my work.
