I am currently working for FilMetrics Corporation. An IT Company which caters for biometric solution and identity management system. I have been a Team Leader for nearly 3 years now. This job exposed me on managing people, time and results. The job not only focuses on people management but also on how to deal with customers and clients. I took a degree in Information Technology, though was not able to practice my degree I do have knowledge in web programming and has a strong knowledge in MS Office. I have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. I have a persuasive personality which would be of great help in acquiring new customers or maintaining existing once. I worked for a call center company before so I definitely have a background on customer handling. I'm looking for partime job opportunity that is not only challenging and would even enhance my skills.
