My most recent full time job was a TeleUpgrade to see actual infoeter, Sales/Appointment Setter in a BPO Company in the Philippines catering US based clients. I was doing this job for 3 years.

Key Responsibilities:    
  
- Call prospective leads using auto dialer or CRM.
- Accept calls from prospective leads as they
arise.
- Deliver prepared sales talks that describe
products or services to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or
service.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
to meet with prospective customers.

It's also worth mentioning that I have years of experience in Customer Service and Customer Support.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide
professional customer support.
