My name is Upgrade to see actual info I've been working for 8 years. I've handled different accounts like Sales, Technical and Customer Service for both inbound and outbound programs, I've worked with billing and retentions campaign too. I have been an online freelancer for 3 years. I have worked with a Realtor in Jacksonville Florida and with a real estate investors in Houston Texas. I do appointment setting and cold calling. With those clients, I’ve used several dialers and CRM’s. I learned to do challenging roles such as multitasking, selling, email management, setting up appointments, and customer handling. My sales experience honed me to be an effective salesperson, broaden my knowledge, and improve my skills in presenting and selling products to make sure I do get the quality and quantity of numbers. I can describe myself as a person who always values commitment, integrity, and time management. As being paid by my clients, it is always my goal to do extra miles for my client’s satisfaction to gain their trust and loyalty. I never settle for less, I always do what’s best for my job not only for myself but of course to help the business grow. My 8 years of experience made me more confident in dealing with other people. Your mindset reflects your own performance as I always say and that makes me very competitive every time.
