Profile Description

I have extensive 25 years of experience in customer service business. I am currently employed as Branch Manager in one of the biggest telecommunications company in the Philippines. I previously worked at a Call Center located in the Philippines as Team Leader for 4 years before I landed the job in Retail Sales and Operations.

Throughout the years of my solid experience as a Branch Manager, I have gained a lot of knowledge in admin tasks. This includes but not limited to business correspondence, report generation, power point presentation, article write ups, human resources, marketing strategies such as creating local promotions and social media advertisements to help increase the volume of foot traffic inside the store where I am currently assigned. I do the monitoring of daily and monthly sales to ensure that all targets are being met. Prepares weekly and monthly reports, conducts product presentation to corporate clients as needed and maintains good rapport with the customers.

I have developed a mindset to win, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn to fully familiarize myself in every task/s assigned.
