I was a Customer Service Representative for Experian, a US-based credit bureau. I handled the following tasks: account set-up, general inquiries, payment & billing, basic troubleshooting, account cancellation, and customer retention. As a Subject Matter Expert for the account, I also audited calls, coached teammates, and provided floor support to all agents.
I was a Conference Call Coordinator for Verizon. My responsibilities were as follows: account set-up, conference scheduling, general inquiries, payment and
billing, and account cancellation. I also coordinated and monitored conference calls/meetings.
I was a Senior Process Executive for the startup call center of Dairy Crest, a British dairy company. My tasks in the Operations were as follows: account set-up, general inquiries, order placing, payment & billing, basic troubleshooting, and account cancellation. I was also trained for customer retention and practiced upselling. As a member of the Operations Executive Team, I also handled client relations, generated and analyzed data reports, created proposals for process creation & improvement, created training modules for new or revised processes, and conducted trainings and coaching sessions. I also coordinated with the QA and Training Teams to ensure process alignment and handled high level escalations. I also managed a team that provided the analysis of all service requests or call documentations logged by the Operations Team, from agent to manager level. I also created the Process Manual for the account.
I am a freelance licensed real estate broker since 2011. I have excellent sales, client management, appointment setting, and telemarketing skills.
I am a fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. I am very organized and detail-oriented.
