PRODUCT OWNER / CONSULTANT: CURRENT
I am a product owner for an e-learning website for Salesforce certifications, working part-time. I ensure the courses I handle are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. I also respond to user questions and feedback. I write questions for the mock exams and create study materials in an easily-digestible format.
I was originally a project manager but was offered the product owner role, which meant having to learn Salesforce without having experience as a user. I am now a Salesforce Certified Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant. I am working towards the App Builder certification next.
In addition to being a product owner, I also work as a functional consultant for Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. I have created a dealer portal used by 300 sales reps, and have worked on page/field customization, flow automation, and Gmail Integration.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
I have 8 years of project management experience combined for the localization and e-learning industries. My undergrad is marketing management so I had to learn everything in the beginning. I read about the industry, familiarized myself with the company's processes and workflows, became adept in the programs/applications, and so on. I am confident that I can do this again with any type of organization due to my initiative and eagerness to learn.
I worked for both companies 100% remote, and my relationship with them was based on trust and open communication. I am a self-starter and a diligent worker.

Other skills I have aside from project management are: article writing, image editing, video editing, social media management, HTML, CSS, basic German. Although I am not a coding expert, I have an interest in web and app development so I am familiar with those topics.
Feel free to contact me if you have further queries.
