Profile Description

Jeph is a multi-skilled person who has more than ten years of experience teaching English to kids and adults. She provides appropriate lessons for each student’s level and caters to lesson requests from the students.

During her tenure, she handled various tasks as an HR Manager. She posts job openings on Facebook, classifies resumes, provides skill assessments, schedules interviews with applicants, and trains and orients newly hired teachers. She manages teacher–students’ schedules and invoices and then sends them to the parents and clients.

She works as a Customer Service Representative for chat, E-mail, and phone support, which provides services for both Sales and Technical accounts. She was able to handle Managerial Escalation and Retention calls forwarded from the Sales and Technical Departments. She has done profile and E-mail finding using LinkedIn accounts and some Web Research tasks.

These experiences developed her English and Technical skills more. These allowed her to be more flexible and competitive. She works while maximizing her skills to provide a good quality of service following strict deadlines.
