Currently has a day job as a Technical Recruiter, searching for various talents to fill the company job openings. Has hired Accountants, Programmers, Agents, and Bilingual Talent (Nihongo Speakers).
In order to be effective at my work, I have been trained to do call outs (cold calls) to talent that fits our current job openings competency wise. Enhancing my skills in communicating with people I do not know and quickly build rapport.
We also keep track of our candidates by creating a candidate tracker via MS Excel, enhancing my database management and encoding skills.
I am also very good at persuading candidates since it is a skill necessary for us to have in order for us to accomplish our tasks. Examples are persuading passive candidates to apply via cold calls or persuading a candidate during a job offer signing.
Overall my skill set from my day job would help me fulfill my clients needs regarding client/customer management, administrative tasks, as well as provide suggestions or initiatives to improve your current process.
