Profile Description

I've been part of the BPO industry now for almost 6 Years. And i learned a lot of things most especially on how to effectively and efficiently communicate with foreign people. I can also do the work and deliver exceptional results. I will fit in beautifully and be a great addition to the team. For the past 6 years i only handled 3 account. First, as a customer service representative of t-mobile (USA) post paid. As a csr our main duty is to provide assistance to t-mobile customers whenever they have questions regarding their billing statement and as part of our metrics we are also required to generate revenue and provide excellent customer experience as customer satisfaction is one of the main metrics that we also need to meet. I stayed in c3 for 1 year and 3 months and the reason why i resign is to look for career Upgrade to see actual infocond, I handled ATnt Uverse BLUE - mainly for existing customer's of ATnT uverse (IPTV , HSIA and VOIP) as a customer service level 3 we also provide assistance for customers that have questions about their bill. And same with t-mobile revenue/ sales are also part of our metrics. So we are also need to generate revenue and provide exceptional customer experience as customer satisfaction are also part of our main metrics. After 1 year and 7 months, I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert of Atnt UVerse blue. As an SME our main duty is to provide assistance to all the agents on the production floor and also provide immediate feedback and coaching to help the agent improve their numbers. Then after 3 months of being an SME, i got promoted as a team manager. I handled my own team consist of 15 agents. As a team manager my main task is to oversee my team. I need to make sure that they are producing good numbers for the team and for the benefit of the company. I was a team manager for 2 years. For several months we became the number team. I stayed in Ibex global solutions for 4 years. And the reason why i resigned is because we need to relocate in our province.Lastly, I joined Amazon customer service. As an amazon customer service our main duty is to assist customer regarding their package from amazon. Mainly track their package, educate the customer about returns and refunds and also providing exceptional customer experience as customer satisfaction are also part of our metrics. I stayed in alorica philippines for just 3 month and dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home to take care and have more time with my kids.
I am currently working as a virtual assitant appointment setter in a real estate company based in charlotte NC. I work with a home buying company doing cold calls to ask home owners if they have interest on selling their properties.
