Customer Service Support - email support. Provides assistance to E-commerce (eBay/Amazon)  clients through timely response to inquiries pertaining to their order which include order tracking, product inquiry, managing returns, and order cancellation. Handled data collection and monitoring for an Ecommerce account using performance and competitor monitoring tools in Seller Central and Helium10. 
Social media management VA /Project Upgrade to see actual infon set up and manage the following social media sites: Facebook page, Instagram, Pinterest,  WordPress, Tiktok and Linked In. Writes captions, product descriptions to a product or social media posts. 
Prior to remote jobs,  I managed loans  from start to finish (loan approval) in my country for more than 10 years. I am competent in financial and credit analysis.

Admin Tasks. She can craft a timely response to customer inquiries specifically for E-commerce transactions specifically on eBay and amazon.
