I am a Computer Engineering graduate with 4 years of experience in the field of eCommerce and 1 year of experience in Data entry.
I'm an Amazon Operations Specialist. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling multiple seller accounts on Amazon, uploading listings through a flat-file, creating variations, creating SKUs for different products, optimizing listings by uploading great Titles, product descriptions, bullet points, and high-resolution images,  fix stranded and suppressed listings, create cases to Amazon. I also do Amazon customer service (Email), refunds, and replacements, manage feedback and reviews, answering Q&As, and A-Z claims.
I am a newbie Virtual Assistant. I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research, basic tasks like Data Entry with the use of Google docs and spreadsheets, Social Media Management (Facebook or Instagram), Gmail management. I can also manage eCommerce (Amazon).
Additional skills like computer literacy, Microsoft Excel, cloud-base apps (Google sheets, Google docs, Google slides).
