Customer Service Representative for Chat and E-mails:

Handles E-mail and chat support. Tracking the orders, helping customers to order and navigate with the site. Helps cancelling orders and retain customers for the membership, educating the customer about the membership and the products that the market sells in the site. Has broad working knowledge of the Market's practices and operations and demonstrates and delivers a good customer service. May help the leads to guide newbies at work with the knowledge that was gained throughout the months. I was also been promoted to be the Social Media manager (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) for my previous job.
