My work experience includes working as a Customer Service, Telemarketing Associate, and Lead Fulfillment Coordinator for 12 years in different companies. I have advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Taking inbound, and outbound calls to assist customers with their needs and queries. Part of my job is to help the customers with account activation or reactivation and offered what phone plans they can use for their service. I also answer billing questions, phone troubleshooting, phone number change and switching of phones as per customer’s request. It is also part of my job to collect and processed their payments. And in Arvato Corporation for more than a year I'm doing de-escalations for Microsoft Partner's technical cases, sending E-mails to Microsoft Partners, guiding Microsoft Partners online, and updating their contract's subscriptions. I also worked as a Telemarketing Associate in Demand Science where we conduct a business research to call the prospect to verify their contact information for us send a business
