Profile Description

I've worked as a recruitment specialist for 4 years in BPO company. Part of my tasks are:
- interviewing applicants for Customer Service Representative position
- administer assessments to applicants
- conduct verbal test orientation
- discuss job offer; complete weekly reports
- update daily applicants master file
- in-charge for the endorsement of trainees for weekly training classes.
Aside from recruitment, I also have experience in other facets of human resource such as employee benefits, employee relations, and organizational management.
I have excellent communication skills both oral and written. I'm a fast learner, reliable and self motivated person.
