I took up Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City and worked in the Call Center Industry as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for seven (7) months. I have been an ESL trainer, Business Writing trainer and Client Specifics trainer for more than three (3) years. I also experienced working in the hotel industry, specifically at the Mandarin Oriental Manila, in the Public Relations department.
The qualities that would make me your best candidate are being keen to details and works will less supervision. I am pro-active and analyzes well before doing a task to come up with a favorable job. I am looking for a long-term stable job where I can explore my abilities and use these to hone and develop my capabilities more.
