Hello there, thank you for viewing my profile! I am a young, high spirited woman with over 9 years of Customer Service experience assisting American customers in several lines of businesses in the BPO industry here in the Philippines and I am into writing too.
Throughout the years of service, I was molded and trained to have patience, attentiveness, positive attitude and broad understanding in handling customers' concerns. I can converse and transact very well with customers either through phone, live chat or email and I will be very delighted to assist customers' not only to meet their expected needs but to also make sure that they have a lasting positive impression with the company.
