Profile Description

I've been a Technical Support Specialist for 5 years. I supported Microsoft Office( Word, Excel Power Point and Lync) , Service Desk, Verizon, A&T and Lexmark. I do troubleshooting over the phone and provide great customer service. As a Service Desk we support our client in resetting his/her password, add the client the certain email, create email to the client, troubleshoot clients computer via remote access using Log Me In, our main tool as a service is Active Directory. Aside being a technical support specialist I also do Data Entry, Wordpress and social media moderator. Been working as a Maintenance request of Wayfair last January 21 2019 until now.
