Hello! I'm Upgrade to see actual info, and I'm a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with more than three years of experience in data entry, web research, lead generation, social media management, and administrative tasks. I have a computer science degree and a wide range of technical skills.

As a result of my work experiences, I have developed the following skill set after working in the corporate world for over three years and now working remotely: strong attention to detail, strong analytical and research skills, effective time management and organizational skills, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

In addition to my soft skills, I have the following hard skills: Microsoft Office Proficient: Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides; Intermediate knowledge with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva; Experienced with remote work tools such as Slack, Zoom, Trello, and Asana. I also have a basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, and JS) and content management systems (WordPress and Joomla).
