The most challenging part is that you need to have more patience to execute or explain further to the customer the bad news. Mostly, I talked to irate customers but what makes my work more interesting is that I know how to handle it well.
I decided to enter this field because I have a 4 year old kid and no one will look after him. I am looking for a full/part-time job.
I know that I am just new with this. But I am very much willing to learn and undergo training if possible.
