Profile Description

Well basically, I am just a newbie in this Industry (Home-Based Job). I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company here in the Philippines. I've worked for 4 years in a local account under Philippine Airlines. I handled their booking reservations, payments, emails, admin tasks and stuff. After a year, I decided to apply to another BPO Company as a Technical Support Representative under Comcast - Central Division and worked there for a year. As Technical Support Representative, I've dealt with different types of people. I've learnt how to communicate well with them and instruct them how to easily troubleshoot their issues with their connections.
The most challenging part is that you need to have more patience to execute or explain further to the customer the bad news. Mostly, I talked to irate customers but what makes my work more interesting is that I know how to handle it well.
I decided to enter this field because I have a 4 year old kid and no one will look after him. I am looking for a full/part-time job.
I know that I am just new with this. But I am very much willing to learn and undergo training if possible.
