Profile Description

I've worked in sales, operations, and management in the pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries in the Philippines for more than 20 years. Great customer service experience has always been on the top of my mind. I've done sales and marketing plans for my employers. I've written my own business correspondences with customers and business owners. I made my own powerpoint presentations that I used for my product demonstrations and seminars. I know basic accounting works and have made sales reports with excel worksheets.

I can thrive well independently in any given situation and also lead, work and blend well with a team. I have managed a sales team comprising a minimum of six  and a  maximum of twenty teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.  I had trained 20 promotions representatives to full fledged sales representatives. 

My 5-year work experience in different call centers in the business process outsourcing industry equipped me with data mining and lead generation skills, Additionally. I've had significant experience in appointment setting for real estate agencies. I work pretty well even without supervision. I am resourceful and with strong work ethic - trustworthy, reliable, dependable, self-motivated, with a positive attitude.

I had the opportunity of managing my own trading business so I embrace tasks given to me and work as if the business is my own, conscientious and prudent about the resources available and entrusted to me.
