-Responsible for testing the usability of new
and existing Magento websites. This position works closely with developers and
project managers to ensure quality work is being produced according to client
needs.
-Find defects in a system and make sure that
the test requirements match the test objectives.
- Provisioning/de-provisioning/modification of user/system accounts; user/system access support/troubleshooting
- Receives user complaints and solves them immediately in respond to the urgency matter
