Profile Description

• Knowledge with hands-on expertise of VLAN technology, VTP and STP protocols with layer 3 switching with Spanning-tree Protection and RSTP/MST.
• Knowledgeable and skilled with routing and traffic management protocols (OSPF, BGP, HSRP, EIGRP and STP) Solid understanding of NAT, access-list/ access control, route maps, policy routing and QOS.
• Knowledge on TCP/IP protocols and networks with developing knowledge of IPv6 and IPv4. Can implement subnetting/supernetting on Core routers as well as QOS.
• Experience in access control lists, Cisco Firewalls, VPN technologies and other security technologies on IOS based firewall and penetration testing tools like Wireshark traffic analysis.
• Computer literate. Knowledgeable of formatting computers and installing and re-installing a software. Ability to handle software on a data entry level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Product such as: MS WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, VISIO etc.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable when it comes to web designing.
• Experienced in providing Technical Support to Trend Micro Home and Home Office users who need protection against security threats in cyberspace or in the cloud.
