I have been working online for more than ten years.  I used to collaborate with eCommerce businesses, Amazon Sellers, and with a Messaging App. Most of my previous duties were customer service through email, data entry, and content moderation. I have a passion for learning to learn new skills to adapt to new tasks and I am willing to undergo training to get the job done.

My previous duties were: I provided information to customers who had inquiries like pre-order questions, I created templates and personalized responses, I assisted customers throughout the ordering process and returning process, I provided shipping and tracking information for customers who needed assistance with their packages/parcels, I escalated order alterations, order upgrades, return or refund requests to specific departments
I have rich experience in Magento Admin, Zendesk, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Shipstation, Canva, Stamps, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Trello, Asana, Slack, and Gorgias.

My other skills are Technical Support, Data Entry, Image Moderation, Content Moderation, Social Media Moderation, and Basic Bookkeeping.

I collaborated with eCommerce businesses and Amazon Sellers in the past. I am honest, trustworthy, hard-working, and diligent. Because of these qualities, I built long-term relationships with clients. I have a passion for learning to improve my skills and adapt to new tasks.
