Profile Description

           I have worked as a Quality Assurance Representative In a call center company for 5 years and I switched to Quality Assurance Transcriptionist in a transcription company for 2 years. My skills include the ability to work effectively on my own in order to complete my tasks. I am also able to work well in a team setting as I have great communication and interpersonal skills. I am also high proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite and can enter information into a database, work with spread sheets and produce documents using Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Excel when required. I have an excellent English grammar accuracy and Great attention to detail. I am currently employed as a Part-time Lead Gen / Web Researcher in a US-based company and im still seeking for a job or position that will allow personal growth and be able to enhance my QA skills and Research skills.
