Profile Description

I am currently working for 3 years now for a US client in the field of Health Education. My role is a team Lead Customer and Admin Support. I do phone and chat support along with general administrative tasks. I answer products and general queries regarding our products and services. I also fulfill orders through Shopify and check inventories in Amazon. I process payment and schedule appointments. Oversee and train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. I am also managing my client's social media pages.

Before my current job, I worked as a Virtual Admin Assistant for an Australian Real Estate and Property Management company for 2 years and got promoted as an Operations Support in our admin Upgrade to see actual info that same local office, I was training and assessing Virtual Assistants for an Administrative role for our Australian-based clients in the field of Real Estate and Property Management. 

I also got a chance to work a part-time job as a web developer assistant for a Marketing Agency for almost 2 years. And worked for 9 months as a Sales Service Assistant in a local property development company.

I am an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant for the past 4 years. I am used to general administrative tasks like data entry, database management, email correspondence, writing reports, social media management, transcribing, content writing, and basic photoshop/canva design editing and web design.

I use Trello and Zoho Projects to manage my task. I am also experienced with Google and Microsoft features (G Drive, Document, Sheets, and Calendar / One Drive, Word, Excel, and Planner). For Communications, I use Skype, Slack, MS Teams, Outlook, and Gmail. For basic web design, Wordpress, Wix and Google Sites.

As a Real Estate/Property Management VA, I worked with several Real Estate tools like PriceFinder, My Desktop, RP Data, PropertyMe, REX, Console, Inspect Real Estate, and many more.

I am organized, accurate, and independent. I work well with people due to my good communication and interpersonal skills. I can achieve goals and targets while being able to meet the deadlines. I managed several group works and affiliated in some organizations throughout college whereby I had developed a strong sense of leadership.

I am willing to learn new knowledge and experiences that your organization provides. I'm optimistic that I can also contribute to the organization’s growth and development. I always do my best in my job and I am motivated to work hard.
