Profile Description

 My solid 10 years experience in the BPO/Call Center Industry as well as my passion, determination and drive to exceed in all metrics and KPI's set by the company kept me to become consistent top agent. My application to customer service and telemarketer related job post would perfectly be a match with the experienced I have and I am confident that I can be an asset  to help and meet any company challenges it may face because of my skills from proper customer handling, giving resolution to closing the deals or business. My bachelor's degree and my trainings with top BPO/ Call Center Industry here in Cebu, Philippines have highly gained me enough reputation to exceed. My attitude towards work in applying the product knowledge combined with my charisma will always lead me to CSAT/ Customer satisfaction because I am resourceful and I go the extra mile when talking to clients/customers. 

I have also worked as an Office Administration Officer in an Insurance Company and as a Local Resource Planner under Workforce Management Dept. in the Results Companies dealing with office works especially reporting with the use of my basic skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint. 

Everytime I am assigned to a specific task I always make sure to complete it on time and am very good with compliance. I love to learn new things and if am not satisfied or If I come across questions
, I do self study and if I come across questions I make sure I check everything first like consulting google, youtube or any available tools online.
