Over 4 years as an administrative assistant in a corporate environment, also 2 years as Virtual Assistant and 4 years as Project Manager with expertise in website development and launches, managing, hiring and retention of personnel. I have 6 years experience of being an assistant both offline and online for numerous entrepreneurs of various industries such as IT, marketing, health and well-being, and finance.
My core competency lies in administrative work, website development and social media marketing with working knowledge of: Excel, Word, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Infusionsoft, Aweber, Google Docs, Google Sheets, online chat, phone, emails, customer support, data entry, photo editing, social media updating, order entry/processing, price negotiation, process improvements, procedural updates as well as handling and resolving customer complaints.
